What we collect

Information you provide directly: your name, email address, telephone number, property details and anything you write in an enquiry or contact form.

Information provided in the course of a service, where relevant: occupancy records, rate history, booking and cancellation data and other operating information belonging to the property.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries and provide a written scope, to deliver the agreed services, to invoice and keep financial records, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making and we do not build advertising profiles.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. It may be shared with service providers who help us operate the business, such as hosting, email and accounting providers, and only to the extent needed for them to provide that support.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Information relating to a service is kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

Records are then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is inaccurate, and in certain circumstances to have it deleted or to restrict how it is used. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
