Our Approach
Every engagement follows the same three stages. The content changes from property to property; the method does not.

Step 1 · Understand the property
We start with your current position: what is being sold, at what price, through which channels, and how the records are kept today.
WHAT WE LOOK AT
Current availability records, rate history, channel mix and occupancy by room type — reviewed against the property’s own reporting rather than a benchmark we supply.

WHAT YOU GET
A written summary of the starting position, including anything that is unclear or inconsistent, before any changes are proposed.

Step 2 · Set the method
We agree the season map, price bands, availability rules and review interval with you, and put them in writing so the same method is followed each time.
WHAT WE LOOK AT
Comparable local rates, historical demand patterns and the points in the year where occupancy consistently falls away.

WHAT YOU GET
A documented method covering seasons, price bands and availability rules, with the review interval stated explicitly.

Step 3 · Review and adjust
Each cycle is compared with the last, and the findings are written up with what changed and what will be examined next.
WHAT WE LOOK AT
Occupancy by period, booking performance by channel, and how closely the agreed method was actually followed.
