Pricing

Work is charged either as a one-off project fee or as a monthly retainer, depending on what is being taken on. Every engagement starts with a written scope and an agreed fee before any work begins.

Initial Performance Review

£180 one-off

The starting point for most properties. A structured review of availability, rate structure, occupancy and booking performance, delivered as a written report.

  • Availability and rate records reviewed
  • Occupancy reviewed by room type and period
  • Booking channels compared
  • Written findings and recommended next steps
  • No obligation to continue

Seasonal Pricing Retainer

£150 per month

Ongoing management of the season map and price bands, with a fixed review interval so pricing stays current through the year.

  • Season map maintained and reviewed
  • Price bands set and revised each season
  • Comparable local rates checked
  • Written note after each review
  • Availability rules kept in step

Full Support Retainer

£190 per month

Availability, pricing, occupancy planning and booking performance managed together, with operations support and a documented review cycle.

  • Everything in the Seasonal Pricing Retainer
  • Availability and allocation rules maintained
  • Occupancy planning and target tracking
  • Booking performance reviewed each cycle
  • Operations support and routines documented

How fees work

  • Every figure above is an entry price and a starting point for a written scope. Larger properties, multiple sites and additional services are quoted individually.
  • We do not attach projected figures to any engagement. The fee covers the work and the reporting, not a promised outcome.
  • Invoices are issued monthly in advance for retainers, or on completion for one-off reviews. Payment terms are set out in the written scope.
