About Intelligent Revenue Management
Intelligent Revenue Management Limited supports independent hotels, guest houses and serviced accommodation across the United Kingdom with day-to-day revenue, availability and operations management.
WHO WE ARE
Intelligent Revenue Management Limited is registered in England and has worked in accommodation operations since 2013. We are not a software vendor and we are not a hotel operator — we work inside the operation, on the decisions that determine whether rooms sell and at what price.

Our Mission
To make revenue management straightforward for independent properties. That means clear records, a documented method, and a review cycle that keeps pricing and availability current instead of revisiting them once a year.
Our Values
Plain reporting rather than dashboards nobody reads. An agreed method rather than ad-hoc decisions. Honest expectations — we set out what a review will and will not tell you before any work begins, and we do not commit to a particular outcome.
OUR HISTORY
Intelligent Revenue Management Limited was incorporated in England on 4 December 2013. From the start the focus has been the practical side of running accommodation: what is available, what it is priced at, and how the operation performs against its own plan.
The approach has since been adapted across different types of property, from single-site guest accommodation to serviced accommodation portfolios, and it is adjusted to each property rather than applied as a fixed template.

HOW WE WORK
Work is organised by function rather than around individuals. Each engagement is led by a revenue and operations specialist, supported by the function that owns the relevant area.

Availability and Inventory
Room Inventory and Channel Allocation
Keeping the room inventory accurate, matching channel and direct availability, and applying allocation and minimum-stay rules on a regular cycle.

Pricing and Seasons
Season Mapping and Price Bands
Mapping low, shoulder and peak seasons, setting the price band for each, and checking rates against comparable local properties.

Occupancy Planning
Occupancy Review and Demand Planning
Reviewing occupancy by room type and period, and planning around local events and the weeks that repeatedly run quiet.

Market and Channel Review
Booking Channel Performance
Comparing how each booking channel performs, looking at where bookings are lost, and reviewing cancellation and no-show patterns.

Operations Support
Day-to-Day Routines and Standards
Documenting operating routines, service standards and turnaround times so they hold steady across the team.

Reporting and Review
Written Findings Each Cycle
A written summary after each review: what was examined, what was changed, and what will be looked at in the following cycle.
