Are you a hotel company or a booking platform?
No. Intelligent Revenue Management Limited is neither a hotel operator nor an accommodation booking platform. We are a revenue, availability and operations management service working on behalf of properties that are run by their own owners or managers.
Can you commit to a specific improvement in revenue or occupancy?
No, and we would treat any such commitment with caution. Outcomes depend on location, room mix, local demand, current rates and how a property is operated. What we commit to is a documented method, an agreed review cycle and written findings each time, so you can see exactly what was examined and what changed.
How does your pricing work?
Engagements are charged either as a one-off project fee or as a monthly retainer, depending on scope. Entry prices for each service are shown on the Pricing page, and a written scope and fee is agreed before any work begins.
Which booking channels do you work with?
Whichever channels the property already uses — direct bookings, online travel agents and other distribution routes. We review how each channel performs rather than steering a property towards a single channel.
Where does the data come from?
From the property’s own records: its booking system or channel manager, occupancy and rate history, cancellations and internal reporting. Where records are held in spreadsheets, we start there and improve the method rather than the tool.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
No. We are not a software vendor and we do not require a particular product to be installed. Where a property already runs a booking system or channel manager, we work with it.
How long does it take to see a difference?
The first review is normally completed within the opening weeks of an engagement and produces written findings and recommended changes. From there, improvement is a cycle: rates and availability are reviewed at the agreed interval, and each review is compared with the last. We do not attach a timescale to a particular outcome.
Can you work on pricing only?
Yes. Seasonal Pricing and Room Availability Management can be taken on their own. Many properties start with a single service and add others once they have seen how the reporting works.
Do you work with properties outside your own area?
Yes. We work with independent hotels, guest houses and serviced accommodation across the United Kingdom. Reviews are carried out remotely, with reporting shared in writing.
What do you need from us to start?
A short call, access to recent occupancy and rate information, and one person who can make decisions about pricing and availability. We send a written scope before anything begins.
